At least multi-millionaires earned their OAPs.  ; -)

As for the trial, the biggest challenge moving forward will be in paving the smoothest/richest path towards adoption of this technology by mainstream medicine.  Promising data & regulatory approvals mean little w/o deep pockets or the approval of Pharma & the mainstream.  TLT's current technology bodes well for specific indications, but I hope they can maximize any success by simplifying the mechanism of photosensitizer activation (i.e. using a less invasive or externally mediated approach).  Such an achievement would truly be transformative, especially when considering the possibility of having multiple medical indications (cancer & microbial infection).  Outside of having sufficient trial finances, this is the last & biggest piece of the puzzle for me that remains unanswered.
