Then there was that awkward highschool phase when he was a member of that gang the 'Sweathogs'. I'm sure all of that was part of the issue.

The effective date of her appointment of 25th October is certainly a surprise since there was no update that I am aware of that she was added to the management 3 weeks ago!!
