The very first 1b patients treated properly were CR for 2 of the 3 patients. They have been followed for years after that one treatment and stayed CR. The competitor, immunotherapy, is often like whack a mole. Hoping that the immune system willl attack the cancer cells and kill enough that there are no survivors. Given enough time if any cells still persist then the cancer comes back. That is why many of the response curves for teh competitors keep showing patients relapsing even if you go way out in time. TLD-1433 causes almost immediate cell death followed by immune reaction against any others. It seems like that if you get to 360 days with no recurrence then you are cured fully. So far. So CR is not for sure 100% but CR maintained to 360 days seems to be a full cure.
