Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

April 26 was 20 days ago and the word "currently" makes it sound like they were in the middle of the project. Hopefully they have already submitted or will be submitting soon.

One word in the April 26,2023 Pressrelease could explain the "Radio Silent Mode" on the BTD application.
The word is "Currently".
TLT said" The Company(TLT) is currently working with both a biostastistics and regulatory organization to compile a clinical data report for the submission to the FDA in support of the grant of a BTD approval.

At this point in time TLT has to be extra carefull not to release any statement that could jeopardize the FDA decision(the FDA doesn't like to be push into a conclusion).

For now, "Radio Silent Mode" is a very good sign that everything is going according to plan, for the BTD application.
