Probability wise, the next update will show the following
90 day CR: stay similar or go up to 62% from current 60% CR
180 day CR: stay the same at 53% give or take a percent or two
270 day CR: likely jump from 43 to 47%
360 day CR: likely increase from 36 to 38% CR
450 day CR: stay same
All in all, most won't change too much with next update except the 270 day.
The block of patients numbered 43-47 are a nice wave to look forward to. Historically, if a patient is CR at 90 AND 180 they have a 76% chance of staying CR all the way to the end and being cured.
The key thing is that a bigger sample size, even with same CR gives greater confidence in the results.
