Today's TLD1433 Shout Out"Preliminary data from initial clinical studies demonstrate that photodynamic therapy using the photosensitiser TLD-1433 followed by activation with a 520 nm intravesical laser is an effective and viable treatment option for patients who do not respond to BCG."

Exposure of Bladder Cancer Cells to Blue Light ( = 453 nm) in the Presence of Riboflavin Synergistically Enhances the Cytotoxic Efficiency of Gemcitabine

One nice thing about this evauation is that it is based on the Feb 2023 interim analysis of the trial by Dr. Kulkarni and the other PIs when the 450 day CRR was listed as only 21% !

What would they say if they were writing this article now when the 450 day CRR has gone up to 38% ?

A phase II clinical study of intravesical photo dynamic therapy in patients with BCG-unresponsive NMIBC (interim analysis)
