Seriously adding another full year expiry for these warrants? 

Yes the company needs the money. BUT these warrant holders are getting another freebeee. The least the company could have done was change the terms of these warrants to require them to be exercised once the share price exceeds the strike price for a minimum number of days.

Consultant,  I agree the terms could have more restrictions, particularly in reference to purchase price and a no sale clause for a 3 month period.  Overall, I must admit,  the company is going in the right direction and Roger is poised to get back on the Saddle as CEO without his hands being tied by Ontario security commission.  I do feel a cautious momentum in sale price in

I have to say I didn't see any negatives from the warrant extension and combined with the small bridge PP everything seems to be falling into place.

I think that I might open up my squeaky purse a bit and buy a few more shares also before the "sale" closes.
