Allow me to help, the type of gap that you are indicating yes is a jump from the previous days close but can only be called a gap if the jump was without reason!

i think its more manipulation than fear factor, we all know the data is far superior to keytruda and will be even better numbers once trial progresses,

It's illegal to enter an order like that and pull it at the last minute, it might be even 10 minutes prior to the open. Especially if the same 'person' was bidding lower. We already saw one small order undercut it and that's what they are hoping for, once again if only I had a hundred grand to play with.

Biotech swings are all based on the uncertainty in the future. My read on TLTs patterns is that, now that the most recent update is out, we are waiting till the most significant BTD update. In the uncertainty while we wait it is easy for someone to sell shares to themselves (more than one account) and drive the price down. Others sell in the uncertainty as well and the price goes down much further
