What?

Does anyone understand todays Study II numbers?  I can think of only a few possibilities;  they were compiled by crack-heads;  I'm having a stroke;  it's a glitch in the simulation;  a jump to a parallel universe......  What is even more astounding is that people like SF are discussing them as if they deserve any credibility.  Amazing.  Surely they will be issuing a clarification.

Interesting to see that GreaterFoolFred is always negative on TLT.  In 100% of his posts!  Go check his history.

Interesting?  Well I am interested in this company to the tune of many thousands of dollars.  And all of my posts that I can think of were comments on excessive pumping that I felt might lead to unrealistic expectations, which are bad in the long run, for obvious reasons.  We have wonderful IP in this company, which I hope will lead to long term success.  But the company's ...more

Funny that short GreaterFoolFred thinks that it's TLT that compiles the data, when it's not them but rather the PI (Principal Investigator), which, in our case, is UHN/Princess Margaret Cancer Center. And a Harvard biostatistician has revised them, just like it was specified on the ASCO-GU poster and that it will again be, on the AUA poster. Don't be surprized to see clowns like ...more

You think that the PI writes press releases for Theralase?  What are your science credentials anyway?

GreaterFoolFred ... compiles the data

Everyone is a clown SF right? Except you.....keep your insults to yourself and be respectful for once.

Only those that panic and post their indecurities instead of taking a breathing, focus, analyze and put things into perspectives. I remember you created chaos whe you first came here. ______________   PBMTORBUST - (4/27/2023 8:26:37 AM) RE:RE:What? Everyone is a clown SF right? Chaos? The only chaos is when someone ignores all other opinions or insights and bullies members that want an unbiased discussion. There are defintely some quesitons and concerns here and everyone has the right to an opinion. You are not the gate keeper here. So lighten up and be respectful.
Comment by ScienceFirst on Apr 27, 2023 9:41am
Differences of opinions is not an issue and are welcome. It's the attitude behind the posts of some lazy posters that is at issue.  Repetitive whining and playing the armchair quarterback is the easiest thing to do.   Analyzing, putting things into perspectives, making a minimum of efforts to improve our understanding of an environment is what I encourage so this can be ...more

I believe the Swimmer's plot gives an accurate representation of data at different stages 90, 180, 270, 360 and 450 days assessment for each and every patient enrolled in the phase 2 study.  One thing that stands out is that if a patient is CR at 90 Days there is a very high probability that he or she will remain a CR at 450 days assessment.   On the contrary,  if a patient ...more

Just to be sure but the number to beat is 18% at 450 days by Keytruda and bcg? GL
Comment by Lesalpes29 on Apr 27, 2023 6:13am
Happy to see that they were able to remove some noise! From the trial results (the 12 under treated and some others). That make sense. Let have a good AUA and probably more results to come out. GL

From a purley TLT business perspective. I think Ruvidar is something every patient and Doc are going to want to try. 100%  Because IF it takes, it can be a cure basically. What bothers me is that 90 day cohort of patients in the swimer plot. A bunch of NRs? It would be interesting to see if they could get some of them to IR or even CR at some point in the future. Lucky for those patients the ...more

I vote for this post as the best post of the day because it highlights the key issue. Not everyone responds to Ruvidar. Unlike other drawn out treatment protocols it appears that you willl know where you stand by 90 days. CR's have a good chance of staying CR. NR's and IR's can dance back and forth but there is no instance in the swimmer's plot of someone who started out NR or IR ...more

DJDawg ... Yep!  Good reading. They could also try more treatments also, as they could have this options, given there's no toxicity.  That could help turn some IR or NR into CR.  Or at least spare the bladder. ______________   DJDawg - (4/27/2023 8:37:39 AM) RE:RE:What? Actually if you look at some of the earlier cohorts there are a few IRs that went to CR, briefly, or NRs that went to CR, briefly...  My take is TLT has got the science correct for NMIBC, it is the art where they need more work. We have a patient population here that is fragile, may have other health issues. Different bladder shapes/sizes. Perhaps some simply can't pass the 'can you ...more
Comment by DJDawg on Apr 27, 2023 9:06am
Yes. Some IRs and CR's briefly but 90 day NR's have never switched to anything more than a brief CR or IR.
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Apr 27, 2023 9:26am
Right, but this isn't Keytruda, where it has to be used with toxic BCG to have any effect. And/Or you have to have a certain genetic makeup...  No, 1433/Ruvidar can be used repeatedly until it 'takes'. If I were a NMIBC patient I would insist my Doc keeps trying it... At least 3 or 4 rounds...

I would agree Rump, and also dosage may also be able to be upped in future studies if needed, due to its safety profile, lets keep the good numbers coming and get BTD sooner than later so we can all have peace of mind. Also , good dicussion is always warranted, one opinion DOES not make right
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Apr 27, 2023 10:16am
Yep, a bit larger dose might be key? We'll probably see that after AA though. I think they will have what they need to apply for BTD in a month. And after that AA sometime later this year. IMO When they apply for BTD the CR %s should still be pretty high. Not 67% but ~ 50%. :-)
Comment by StevenBirch on Apr 27, 2023 10:27am
Even with the great analysis we get here it always seems like it takes a couple of days for the data to become clearer, and with the AUA this weekend and any additional comments that may come from it, next week and the rest of May should be interesting. The trend is going in the right direction.
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Apr 27, 2023 9:49am
I'm sure someone at TLT is looking at these sort of poor 90 day CR results at the latest 90 day cohort, and also the 360 day. To see if there is something not happening correctly at the clinics?  It seems odd that they would have such a solid 90 day result for the Cohort at 450 days and not be able to repeat that in all cohorts.
Comment by plantrader on Apr 27, 2023 9:04am
DJDawg, very good point, I like your view on that. Makes sense & also very marketable & simple IMO.
