DJDawg ... Yep!  Good reading.

They could also try more treatments also, as they could have this options, given there's no toxicity.  That could help turn some IR or NR into CR.  Or at least spare the bladder.

I vote for this post as the best post of the day because it highlights the key issue.

Not everyone responds to Ruvidar. Unlike other drawn out treatment protocols it appears that you willl know where you stand by 90 days. CR's have a good chance of staying CR. NR's and IR's can dance back and forth but there is no instance in the swimmer's plot of someone who started out NR or IR of ever turning that around. They are just not responders.

So far if CR at 90 days have a very good chance of being cured for good.

It means that they could pitch an approach of one treatment and if no luck at 90 days, shift to a different protocol.
