Numbers are getting better and better especially at 180 and 270 days.  270 day Cr tend to maintain it till the end.  At 270 days Went up to 46% CR plus 12% IR= 58% TR and for optimized group went up to 50% CR and 13% IR= 63% TR.  Amazing This looks like a potential CR of 45-55% at 450 days IMHO after all these 62 patients reach 450 days. .

I smell a PR campaign designed to position Theralase well for JV negotiations which may already be in play.    While it's nice to see this info we have to assume the release served a purpose beyond 'good to know' ressons...just my opinion.

Yes an update so soon? The FDA requested a resubmission of the pre-BTD so you would think that if they clean up a couple of things that maybe THEY think BTD is in the offing. @999: Unless people are a bit dense, it is easy to see that the "fear being injected" (that you allege) is from people who have been invested for long and seen the dilution and delay movie play on repeat.  We'll see if your prediction of $4 by this year plays out as well as January warrants being  exercised at 50 cents.  I'm sticking with the Nov/Dec dilution story

Feels like an NR that did not tell us  substantially more than we already knew.  My previous gut feel and timing of calling PPs was close. So was my assertion that commercialization won't happen in  2023,  like many here had indicated.   To me, this feels like a gap filler NR because they are behind schedule in addressing pre clinical BTD questions. I always welcome news particularly when it is unexpected and positive. That said I have been in this stock long enough to be a little cynical. My first reaction was this release is a setup for another PP; the company continues to be underfunded and is not very successful in meeting their target raises.  When I looked at the numbers last year I concluded the 450 day response rate was trending

I was expecting CR rate of between 25 and 20% for 450 days , so I'm pleased to see the current numbers. As for your question about slow enrollment numbers, I have expressed my theory in the past, that most of the sites are US based, and they will give "other" treatments priority

The pace of patient enrollment and treatment has been a sore spot for me for a long time. My jaded opinion is that we are competing for patients with Big Pharma backed trials and they have more resources to "influence" those in the position to suggest to the patients which trial to particiapte in. I also feel our lack of financial resources also plays a big part.

I believe the those timelines are the same, i believe we will get BTD and AA very soon which will change things drastically, JV possibly in the talks now, but waiting to get BTD before things heat up. Our results are too good to delay this treatment for the poor patients who drastically need it, one thing is for sure, Roger going to optimize his financial stake one way or the other

A 45-50% CR is a 50/50 possibility. WOW! if I had cancer and was told with this treatment I had a 50/50 chance of the cancer disapearing I would jump at the opportunity.
