The trade volume is spiking.  Maybe it's the folks buying the new 5 years BOGO deal that are offloading existing shares, but wonder who's buying?

Also, my guess is they'll need at least  $1.5M per quarter.  So, hoping to see at least the lower end filled in this ongoing raise. Else, the hat will be passed around again in Q1 at a much lower price.

So I'm cash limited at moment and sadly cannot get into this offering. But I'm trying to understand the pattern People are selling shares they have for 0.185 and they going to buy shares at 0.22 plus a 0.28 warrant. So the math is that they expect to sell the share at 0.22 and then sell the warrant for at least 0.035 (0.22-0.035) for break even. Is that correct? So if that is the math,

Beats me, DJDawg.  Easier to buy, hold and hope. Maybe foolish but easier on the brain.

I thought of it this way, if the warrants aren't tradeable and therefore no way to buy them then some people were willing to take the $0.035 loss on the shares to basically double their position.

The news release said   The offering is scheduled to close on or about the week of Oct. 30, 2023, and is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. With that said they are hoping to close before the end of this week, which could be end of day Friday. As for people selling at .185 to buy at .22 with a 5 year warrant tradeable

Certainly is a buying opportunity at this price. The stock price is depressed because of the PP so  it's a good opportunity to take advantage of it if you can. No worries here.

Have you read the LIFE offering, specifically the Business Objectives and Milestones and Use of Available Funds sections? They outline all the specifics w.r.t. current working capital and overall expected costs incurred depending on whether the  minimum or maximum amounts are raised. It's nicely detailed and easy to estimate how the next 14 months should unfold from a cash burn
