PP COMING

Expect a small PP shortly. Plan is small PPs as needed to hold down dilution until a deal of sorts (regional, royalty, etc), including a funding deal can be agreed upon. Already have stats for BTD app, but must also now get permission from the individual patients to publish their personal info which they are currently working on - yeah, all  this paper work is a real pain, but must be dealt with. That's government.
Comment by DJDawg on Jan 19, 2024 4:24pm
Hey Just to confirm - are you saying this as confirmed info from TLT? - PP coming - Stats obtained - waiting on patient consent form updates? These are statements of fact or are you wondering aloud?
Comment by skys1 on Jan 19, 2024 4:43pm
HEY ??? Just who do you think you are talking to? I don't discuss anything with people that aren't civil.
Comment by Donein25 on Jan 19, 2024 5:06pm
skys1....I don't think there was any offense intended. It's a legitimate question? Are you stating your opinion or is this information that has been made available to you?  Seems to me that consent forms are always completed before patients are even enrolled in a clinical trial. Odd that they would need them now. Perhaps you can shed some light on that?
Comment by DJDawg on Jan 19, 2024 5:17pm
hah. I love it. You are so right. my post was too harsh. My texting sometimes comes across the wrong way too. Let me try again to be more civil. ---- Hi friend, Thanks for sharing your post. Did you mean to say that you got the info form TLT or are you wondering aloud. Either way your contribution was great - I'm just a bit dense. Keep those post coming! Yours, DJ

Dawg, Seeing as you asked the question in a civil way, I will answer it. Yes, I received a call today from the Company. So that info came from Theralase. Regards, Sky

Thanks for the update. I wonder how the PP will play out. I'm kind of shocked that today's final price was stable as most PP announcement crash the price way more.
Comment by riverrrow on Jan 19, 2024 6:01pm
I think 27 investors participated in the last pp.  It will be interesting to see how many investors poney up this time and for how much.

Thanks Sky's..encouraging news, delays aside. Cheers!
Comment by Oilminerdeluxe on Jan 20, 2024 2:32am
Let's just hope patients are willing to give their permission. If so, things are acually looking quite bright if we can raise a little money in the mean time, right? Good!
Comment by StevenBirch on Jan 19, 2024 7:30pm
Thanks Skys. Small PPs make sense at these depressed prices, needing to get permission from the patients comes as a surprise but if they have the stats that's good.
Comment by westshore on Jan 19, 2024 11:37pm
I would assume a consolidation coming soon on the next raise. Way to many options and shares in the float for such a small company. The rest of the books don't look all that bad. I will wait for a cheaper entry.

first post on TLT from westshore? Looks like a drive-by-shooting to me.

Thanksfor the update, skys1. Much appreciated.
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Jan 20, 2024 3:43pm
Skys, Any ideas on timeliness? I mean did you get the sense that BTD would still happen 1st QTR?
Comment by skys1 on Jan 20, 2024 5:50pm
Rumpl, that's still their stated goal.
Comment by Oden6570 on Jan 20, 2024 6:50am

Hi Sky - Thanks for the update. Some may be wondering why Theralase does not already have signed release forms from patients. My guess is they do already have them but they only cover the first 15 months of data as the trial was expected to end at the 15 month evaluation. This is clear if you look at the patient inclusion criteria from the UHN website: Inclusion Criteria: ... 8. Are ...more

Thanks Eog. - solid share!
Comment by DJDawg on Jan 21, 2024 6:35pm
Good points Eog and Skys1. I've worked in a different area of medical research and the process is quite painful. One time we had to develop a process to contact patients in order to ask them for consent to look at the chart to see if they had a certain test result AND then a separate consent to ask them to use the information. So we chased consent on 100 patients to find out that 10 had the ...more

Eoganacht - agree. As I know there is some type of initial agreement on publishing personal results, your 15 month idea seems like a resonable explanation.
Comment by 2b7f6fab on Jan 21, 2024 10:18pm
I dunno about this request for additional response time from the fda.  The Ph2 trial was originally designed and approved for 450 days.  And review of responses by central pathology.  It all smells of big pharma manipulation.
Comment by Oilminerdeluxe on Jan 22, 2024 1:09am
So what happens if a bunch of them don't agree? Will the data from those willing be enough?
Comment by 2b7f6fab on Jan 22, 2024 8:57am
I have no idea what happens if a bunch of trial participants don't agree.  I guess its possible but I don't see any reason why someone would object to releasing follow up status.
