It updates info from many of Prone's past postings.
The political posturing,political policy formulation , political legislating is just completing as far as Canada is concerned. The application of the $$$s to the political is in process and will see real time projects with real money looking for project designers/planners ,then bidding of companies on projects they are suited to with their technologies.
