I lived through one where the CEO built his case for having all his ducks in a row and it tanked to the presplit SP within the month only to never recover.  Ouch, but, I had it covered with a winner.  Just not the scenario one would like.

 Although TMG is showing its ability to grow and develop, it needs more building  The .09-.10 SP is better but still not strong enough to take on a reverse split.
 I don't think the CEO would consider one because TMG technologies are probably approaching their best in upcoming opportunities.  They have worked hard through beginning difficult years and recent years are now showing them some reward.  There is more to come.  Perhaps, it may start to come faster.  

 If you can take the "probably" out the reverse split that would be super,but, if you can guarantee that then why do it as the company would be in fine position to move forward without the split,i.e.,on its own steam.
