...IMO they are not yet at a point in growth where sales can be predictable and flowing in with consistent rate. even the CEO would love to have that "wand"....

...until then there remains a lot of risk,e.g., there is no guarantee of being able to tap the German market,but , they are working increasingly at attempting to do so...kudos to managent and others for the growth planning, developments are potentially forthcoming...
