The compensation for directors including options is pretty good for how small they are. As the company grows, that can grow as well. We have an old board, most of who unlikely want to push themselves hard. Mr White is a newly appointed Chairman. The two directors from 2000s have nothing new to offer. Should step down without being asked and make some room for diversity, gender and geographic given how little businessbis won in Canada. The CEO gets a good compensation package for the results. His shares and options should motivate him more to surround himself eith strong people. If they show how much better the company would do with them and the share price flies over a buck, I think the CEO should be happy with his 8 million shares and options. He may be the biggest obstacle to his own wealth building. But this should have taken place years ao.
