RE:RE:Haiku for UOver the last decade and a half there have not been many changes in the executive ranks.  One CFO left and last year they hired a VP of sales and marketing for North America.

As to the "must have's", you can easily add a few more generic ones without which your two won't work.

In the context of your comment, can you clarify what you are looking at?  Looking at some time down the road for Crossland's replacement, or are you saying that the current executive team is lacking in some particular way?  Or just throwing out a random thought?  You got a guy to write a Haiku for you....
