What they say is that they want a JV, not a sale, and I agree as a shareholder that I would get more value from a JV. They say they have not been offered the terms they want. Are they asking for too much? Time will tell. They keep improving what they have so I'm betting they are right. But I could have sold at a profit and moved on to another deal so that's my risk
TUD believers put way too much emphasis on the amount of gold in situ. Your in situ resource grade is about the same for precious metals as SEA but SEA has much higher copper grade. But what's the concentrate grade? How much gold and copper can you actually make at what cost? SEA has answered these questions which is why they were able to raise over C$300 million in the last few months. TUD has not answered them which is why you are struggling to raise C$7 million.
