Today - September 25.2020

Tudor Gold Announces Change in ManagementTudor Gold further announces the departure of Mr. Catalin Kilofliski, Director Corporate Development and Communication to pursue other opportunities.

In connection with the appointment, the Company granted to Mr. Kilofliski the amount of 300,000 stock options for the purchase of up to 300,000 shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.40 per share, expiring on April 22, 2024. The options will vest over three years.


My question ??? What happens to the 300,000 share options @ 40 cents that don't expire till 2024 ???

Check out Canadian Insider or the post links on CEO thread. He obviously knew he was done as he sold all his shares.

Tudor Gold is a first class company and therefore needs first class people. Therefore Kilofliski's departure has become necessary!
