An 8% up day would mean something if the volume was more than $70,000 worth. The ATM filing is worthless for fund raising with these anemic volumes. Drill results, even good results, are not generating real interest. How is TUD going to raise money for next year?
Comment by Larry60 on Sep 28, 2023 4:12pm
How they gonna raise $$$???  THe way they always do, with dilutive financings.  And itll be flow through units.  At a buck at most barring a miracle Ive noticed that since research captial got involved about 2 years ago, every round has been a DOWN round (4?), and all have been at a big effective discount to market.  Looks like the last financing before rc got involved was at  ...more

Perhaps, instead to finance the regular way by dilution of shares issued by Tudor, they may merge with a major that will bring some fresh money in the project and for sure this will create interest in the market raising share value to a new level and confirming the real value of Goldstorm ore deposit, while we keep the rest of Treaty Creek for a near future exploration and development.  As an ...more

Majors don't tend to buy into the "average down" strategy of the "investors" on this board.   They view that like they do trying to catch a falling knife.    They also aren't in the speculation game, and will wait for a PEA and cheap, predictable $.    This is a never never plan IMO until PEA.  The last few years have shown us that the ...more

It's common knowledge that Tudor has been discussing JVing with a few majors...with ease of logistics, (no MTT) great location and now with this 55 meter branch of high grade gold (leading us to the grand booty)....we just became closer to that JV. I predict we have a JV before Seabridge Would by the same car if it were three times more? No would a major JV for 3 times the money.

Don't get any more gray hairs regarding a stock that you own zero shares. Focus on the no go MTT which is approx 10 years overdue, Billions of funding needed, and a landlocked loot behind a huge mountain. Events during the remainder of 2023 and 2024 are going to get very interesting. Treaty grades are far superior by a long shot-:)

You really have revealed yourself as a Seabridge plant...watch and learn how we're going to move forward...shame on Seabridge to come over here and attempt to sabotage us routinely for the last few years. You're making Seabridge look terrible...I pray you're not part of Seabridge management
Comment by LonghandStrong on Sep 29, 2023 1:25am
You'd best be careful SEA doesn't light you up here.  Canada has stiffer defamation laws that the US Ford.  Anyhow, reported. Bye.

In 2014 Mr. Fronk spread the news, that Sea has permission to build the tunnel.  Teuton gave him a little pat on the neck by clearing the situation with the following statement:  (I found it on a german Seabridge board). Maybe it helps a bit to understand what the deal was back then.  TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: UPDATE RE TREATY TUNNELS   Teuton Resources Corp. has ...more

That clearly states, Sea is screwed , so The 3 Amigos are in the drivers seat. Thanks for posting

That clearly states...........what Teuton stated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its also of note that 10 years have passed and no closer to having an economic deposit along route. My recollection is that soem drilling has been done along the proposed route and shared with TUD.  Maybe there is still to come.  I alos recollect that there was some gold but nothing that would make you drill further aka not ...more

Hey Larry, if you like so much SEA why you never post your good faith in them on their bullboard, I know that you want to save us from TUD but will take care of ourself, thanks again to make our day brighter, LOL.

I dont own SEA so I dont post there.  I own some amk and tuo, but the TC discussion seems to happen here except when the likes of you and Fordster try to shut down any discussion. I had the opp to sell TUD over $4, oops my bad.  BUt such is life.  But $0.85 freakin cents?????  we are in 2019 territory.  4 years of gains out the door!  And a share count that has ...more

One would think you're a shorter, but you somehow have known facts before they were released...you took it to 85 cents BTW....nuff said: trash is what trash does. Yap on...I'm not replying I still believe you to be from Sea as one of your first post we're inquiring about a dividend stock...coincidently many of the companies this stock was based on, had huge holdings in Seabridge ...more

I dont like SEA soooo much.    I like the asset, but theyre stuck for now.  Could be a quick 100%, but so could  many other things.   They are getting hammered today (down over 5%).  It is on my watch list along with many others.  Pulle the trigger on some BCM ealrier today at $0.21.  They just did a mercy finaincing at $0.35 (full warrant).  I ...more

You're leaving out AMK who prevailed in the dispute between them and TUO....look it up and educate yourself. Its a totally different story when you realize the moves AMK did with the MTT. If I remember correctly, Tuo was in unison with AMKs position. And NO Sea started some drilling but suddenly stopped for some unknown reason. KK has said those cores are very interesting and need follow up ...more
