Why sell it if they will pay you nothing for itJust another crazy novel thought from down south!  I completely understand the reasoning for the discounted valuation of the deeper deposits that will come to market later in mine life.  So, let's think of it as a condo conversion of a beautiful highrise in a nice city (are any left).  Let's sell them the top three floors and keep the remainder for ourselves.  Sort of like what happened at Eskay Creek (Skeena has proven up the bottom two thirds) in reverse.  I just cannot see giving it away for peanuts.  Just keep it!     Call me a new found Alinsky radical!
