Vaccine distrubution will take at least 1 year. In a senate hearing Redfield ( CDC) explained.

Much will depend on which vaccine or rather which vaccines they will distribute. The one by Pfizer/Biontech requires freezers that can do -70C and therefore cost 10K. Not something that every rural hospital has and not many transportations systems (trains, vans) have that inbuilt. So, great efficiency, but quite a logistical task. And everybody needs two shots. Whcih makes a big difference if you use centeres for vaccinations. The one by curevace only needs a normal fridge.

So, these stocks went up and, besided oil,t big international airlines will start making money again.

As to inflation, the senate race will determine what Biden can do. Though, I beleive, that many decsions by Yellen (and of course the Fed) do not require Senate-approval - but I have no detaied knowledge.
