What use is TUO's NSR on TC presently if the possibility of a mine going into production is 10+ years away? Isn't the NPV of the ground resource at TC the overwhelming majority of weight in current valuations at this point?

what are you trying to say. In ten years or 15 years or whatever provided the mine is brought into production teuton's royalty could possibly be paying millions of dollars per year for the productive life of the mine.... And that has no value... Put it another way some dope is not going to put diddly down to buy out the royalty and then collect millions per year in royalty payments whenever

TUO has a nice write-up about royalties on their website .... and they do have an impressive stable. If it takes 10 - 15 years for some of them to come to fruition I probably won't benefit much, maybe won't even be around. But what a nice legacy to leave to the kids and grandkids that could span a couple of generations, depending on mine life. That thought gives me more saisfaction than

Is it safe to say, " this is the work of Ken Konkin"? Or is there a lot more to it? It nice to review who is the guiding team of Tudor now. Everyone is a world renoun expert. Very impressive list of people.
