It's up to the courts or the gold commissioner or tribunal or whomever to resolve the issue between tudor and seabridge. I hope that tudor and seabridge can resolve this issue asap -- as soon as possible.
In the interim, we each have to find our own way to deal with any distress and uncertainty that might arise from the dispute. What took some of the sting out of the shock for me was another shareholder's summation of the issue-principles at hand.
Whether he is correct or not, only the adjudicator will determine....
The law is very simple.
- Government owns the underground right of way and ensures companies gets the right of way to build a mine.
- Companies owning the rights to the minerals will be compensated for any lost of minerals caused by the tunnel.
-All disputes will be dealt with in a tribunal.

SEA is unable to compensate TUD for the sterilisation.
