except cause a whole lot more shares into the pool with a lower value...   

It was also a way for Cliff James to own even more of TVI, and  hide a bad company he was a big part of - way back into the shadows to be lost forever without making a dollar for TVI.
What is TG World's value in TVI today?

I hope TVI can get the Balabag going in the near future -
I think the management of TVI is way overpaid, and should burn some of their shares - so that there are less shares.

I believed in this company years ago, but have lost my shirt, jacket, shoes, and pants of this one.
They just can't seem to move up in value.
