RE:longterm investor with TVI

RE:longterm investor with TVIThis is not that dissimilar from what happened with MIO (Mindoro) which was partnered with TVI.  PAVI, a wealthy Phillipino group  (which is a partner in TVIRD I think) bought into MIO, took them private, and left shareholders with $0.  I lost a lot of money on that deal, and didn't fully understand (still don't) what happened there.  There is a risk of this happening, though as an investor in TVI I am hopeful that won't happen here.  One big distinction is the amount of shares Cliff (CEO) has of TVI, and that his cash cow is in the public value going up, I don't think he can achieve the same value in the private market.
