INVESTORS UNAWARE OF PHENOMENAL BENEFIT OF RED5 ACQUISITION

TVIRD GOLD RESERVE acquisition cost works out to about $29 usd per ounce, excellent deal considering the GLOBAL MEAN being around $ 83 usd ounce.
The 3.25% NSR has no risk since this is only paid on gold produced.
TVIRD ended up taking total gold reserves from 331,000 ounces to 985,000 ounces.
TVIRD continue to drill at Balabag and have many projects to explore.

The stock will pop and then continue to drop in the comimg months to new ...more

I fully agree reverse splits carry a certain degree of risk, however with fully diluted outstanding shares of around 697 Million ,TVI is NOT  attractive to many investors. The fundamental of  TVI/TVIRD are SOLID  and TVI is not some shoddy OTC penny stock. I thought you were seriously attemting to educate me until you stated your .30 to .50 targets. .30 would give TVIRD a market cap ...more
