RE:RE:RE:AGMSomething else is going on, I just cant pin it down right now.The TVI / Villar  teams are holding this up for what reason? Only things I can think of are 1) TVI's 2nd quarter results out mid August 2) SAU shares have been moving well lately,Villar owns just under 50%, perhaps a deal taking place with TVIRD 3) Major news coming out before private placement is finalized.
Could be just incompetence,however this is unlikely.glta.
