 If the private placement didn't receive approval by July 31st Regino and Villar would resign from the board and take their marbles and head home. TVI was granted an extension by the TSXV until August 14th to confirm their election to the board and to proceed with the private placement.  I for one hope that the new grant of 5360000 common shares doesn't proceed. I'm tired

Something else is going on, I just cant pin it down right now.The TVI / Villar  teams are holding this up for what reason? Only things I can think of are 1) TVI's 2nd quarter results out mid August 2) SAU shares have been moving well lately,Villar owns just under 50%, perhaps a deal taking place with TVIRD 3) Major news coming out before private placement is finalized. Could be just
