So who was the big buy of 1 million share's today for .03. ?

Happened again today, nearly a million shares. I don't think this is a necesarily a tell of any sort. Probably just a new investor trying to build a full position before the share price takes off. Keep in mind a million shares is just $30K, which would be a full position for an investor with a $1 million portfolio.

the interesting part is that the purchase was for 911K shares.Sometimes we see the 911 as indication that news is coming.The 911k is too large a purchase to serve this purpose.Anyways ,nice to see most of the .03's gone.glta.

It did clear the .03 ask nicely though, so maybe we'll see some people bite at .035 soon? Been a while we haven't seen that, but lots of positives in thie stock's future I think. B. IMHO
