RSX is a very long way from commercial production, and any advantage is only in small scale vs modern SX which leverages scale, i.e. Lynas new kiln will have ~35ktpa TREO capacity, 10.5ktpa NdPr, and they are already talking next expansion.
Ucore hasn't a hope of commercial viability, particularly as yet another tech partnership has collapsed in tears, they'll be hunkered down now trying to work up a new line of spin to suck more funds from SH's.
