RE:RE:China eyeing REE export banDear Farm,
Joe already did it.  Last fall when he shut down China's chip makers.  By outlawing the sale of the chip making machines, software, repair parts and telling the western tech running the machines that it was the job or there US citizenship.  All were gone in 24 hours.
Shutting REE down REE is one of possible answer for China.
