But it isn't clear to me that "31% complete" means that Ucore/IMC has completed 31% of the work. If you calculate the number of days from the start date and the current end date (732 days), then divide that number by the number of days from the start date until today (229 days), it miraculously comes out to 31%.
We'll see by the end of April whether Ucore has yet received any money under this contract between the start date and the end of 2023.
Think beyond the money --- it's peanuts if the DOD is truly behind the mid-stream being built.
It means they've confirmed it to separation, alloy & magnet makers.
Let's say it's a yes.....then Ucore mentioned those extra 50 acres for a reason.
