what happens after testing done? If SMC gonna break ground, they need cash for that by mid yr. That's when next equity raise comes in. If OEM funds and DOD throws in 10 million, that may cover thru rest of 2024
if stock prices pops on funding, expect a larger PP from ucore. Why wouldn't they? Go look at reemf and how the worked funding. They got 20 million from DOD and raised 60 from RO
you should chat with your cronie Mark M and see how they plan on rolling with that. Mention the REEMF scenerio so he can tell u " won't happen here"
I am not suggesting ucore goes as deep and ridiculous as REEMF with an RO. Just simply diluting when price is higher. Hopefully twice as high. 20 million shares dilution at 1.50 looks a heckalot more palatable then 40 at 75 cents.
