The Tipping Point, where is it?
Dear Pip,
Okay Pip, you were right and I was wrong on PP. I just hope that you are wrong about the rest of It. Yes, we need funding to build the first SMC ( still a dumb name). Where is the tipping point that shows the people with money that Ucore's RSX works? So they open the purse strings. We are one month in to testing. If billing is like other government contract. Then Ucore should be getting paid for all the Pre-testing Items in the contract, needed for setup. Like the acids that they would be need for the heavy REE sample they are working on. Anybody got any idea on how much of the sample can be turned into oxides per month? Well simple math, six months to do a 2000 pound sample would be about 333 pound per month. Making how much oxides, at what spec?
Hey Pip, if they raise 2 milllion with this PP how long will that last Ucore? Six months? A year?

Dragon to be clear, small PPs for working capital make sense. eventually ucore has to make next step to fully functioning business been living off pps for a decade plus we don't need another reverse split like 2019 ( because ucore diluted around 300% over a decade. Thanks to the gift RO which was a joke and destroyed stock)

Complete and total agreement I think the reverse split was due to the fact they put the cart before the horse with IBC and it suddenly went sideways fast
