i am not jumping in if ucore receives significant funding from DOD
and I mean above and beyond the supposed 4 million and 10 million that may come ucores way
I have my ownership stake
what happens after funding?   The spike and then the large PP to cover the rest of SMC buildout.
Why hasn't OEMs stepped up yet?

is EV market stalling holding up everything 
battery plants stalling.  sMC stalling next?   Expect a move the goalposts announcement soon.  SMC 2026
