Ameritrade vs Schwab, buying more Ucore while price is low.

Good Afternoon All.
We are getting a little sun before the next band of showers moves in.  
I don't know how many of us were TDAmeritrade users.  I really wish TD had not got bought out by Schwab.  Am I happy with Schwab?  Not really, but not unhappy enough to move to a new broker.  Whereas it took one step to get something done on TD.  Now it takes three steps on Schwab, if you can figure out how to find it on there web site.  Yes, I am lazy and don't want to move.  Anybody else having the same problem?
I have been saving my dividends and will try to pick up 10K shares of Ucore at this low price.  Maybe 200K shares of Vital metals also.  Looking at TQQQ also.

Dragon i have moved from td to Schwab too i did kinda like TD better Vital?    Might as well play roulette  10k ucore?   Nothing negative.  U r more positive then I am re: extent of potential funding so I might not be a bad roll of the dice speaking of which, should be getting yet another progress report soon.   Within a couple of months wasnt Pat super close multiple

Dear Pip,  All the family accounts that was with TDAmeritrade is now with Schwab.  So if I move I would have to take them also.  Grandkids accounts, they are getting old enough that I can just let them age out.  Maybe after that I will move. Dragon  how that 145 million go?   Ucore hasn't got a dime of it in 10 yrs! been taking a chance with ucore for a decade   No thanks on more chances    They talk great   And thats been about it    What happened to oems?

Dragon i am not jumping in if ucore receives significant funding from DOD and I mean above and beyond the supposed 4 million and 10 million that may come ucores way I have my ownership stake what happens after funding?   The spike and then the large PP to cover the rest of SMC buildout. Why hasn't OEMs stepped up yet? is EV market stalling holding up everything  battery
