u been spinning this same hopeful nonsense for years
its all what if, imagine this  etc  

As for buying Ucore.  Pip, do you remember what happen after that 145 million was announced back in 2014.  Price when from .13/.14 to peak at over .50 in just about two hours.  So I ask you, Pip when DOD announces funding.  You going to be able to jump in quick enough to catch a low price?  Or be like most folks and see it when it is to late to do anything?  I would rather take the chance and buy low now then wait on funding PR.
