ucore gets a 10 million award and there market cap jumps 10x-15x times that?

yeah, ok.   Sure.  SMH.
ucore may get 10 million and pps may move upward for a few days. Heck, ucore could get 1/2 it's funding for SMC 1 from DOD and it might get to 2-3 max and then come back down

after cdn, $15?     Over a billion dollar market cap because of maybe $20 millioni. Funding from two governments?

your not even close to reality. Seriously
