Okay, what do I see.  The questions not asked.  A little help here, Bob.  We know that the Demo plant strip out REE oxides.  But the questions not asked is what else can it do.  Can it do all the steps to REE metals.  I am pretty sure that SX can.  So can RSX do it also?  That would add valve to the end product.

There is a saying don't count your chickens before they hatch.  I think that your numbers are with in reach but we don't know what DOD wants.  Pretty sure it is not just oxides.  I am going to put out a time line.  See if you agree.  Last fall DOD came calling.  When I talked to Mark they came many times and liked what they saw.  Which is why Ucore got an award.  The only one out of fifteen.
DOD is not going to pay 4 million to do the test if they are not reasonable sure that RSX works.

June/July Ucore finishes DOD sample and get 10 million.  Stock price 1 to 5 bucks.

The two OEM reach out take agreement.  Stock price 3 to 10 depending on the amount in the agreement.

Dec/Jan Ucore finishes Canadian sample and get go ahead for SMC2 funded by Canada.  Stock price 8 to 15. 

First quarter 2025 SMC1 first stage starts production.  Stock price.  15 to 25.

Depending on what happens in 2025 with China and funding.  A good chance the second half hit your first mark.

Dragon ucore gets a 10 million award and there market cap jumps 10x-15x times that? yeah, ok.   Sure.  SMH. ucore may get 10 million and pps may move upward for a few days. Heck, ucore could get 1/2 it's funding for SMC 1 from DOD and it might get to 2-3 max and then come back down after cdn, $15?     Over a billion dollar market cap because of maybe $20 millioni
