Good Afternoon People,
How many times over the last twelve years have we all heard that China controls the REE market because they do the nasty and dirty separation of ore to oxides.  First with the there own ore, then with imported ores.  Hundreds, if not thousands of busness articles stating this fact and saying that it has got to change.  I do not think the commissioning of the Demo plant will be the trigger, maybe but not likely.  Now the commission of the SMC1 in LA is when I would bet the farm.  The markets reaction to this news, now that just might send the stock price very high.  How high? Well, MP hit 75 on this kind of hype until the market found out that they could only do 90% of separation and the rest of it was done in China.  That pulled it down quick.  The quesion is how high will the hype push Ucore stock with news of 100% separation in NA, 75, 100 or above?  Now Pip is right in that Ucore is not going to move much until funding happens and that I think that is in the next 90 days.  But as everybody knows I see things more optimistic than Pip.  Hey Pip. the sky is falling and the Russians are coming!

Dragon do remember PIP hasn't unfortunately been correct a hecka lot more than you over last decade $75 is just f in hilarious would give us 4 to 5 million market cap after some dilution along the way i would say nothing is impossible  3 SMCs.  Maybe 1/2 billion in revenue.  Part of that giving back to OEM at cost for pre financing 5x sales etc let get funded for an smc, run it,

For making my point.  By any metic you might measure a company with, Ucore is about five years away from a share price of 75 to 100 dollars a share.  That would take 3 to 5 SMC on line in NA with many REE concertrate suppliers and offtake agreements with many OEM to get to that price.  Meaning a investment of say 6K for 10K of shares now.  Would be

Dear Pip, I am not MIA, just busy with family drama.  Oldest grandson showed up on my door step.  Girl friend kick him out and he was living in his car.  Got food in him, showered & cleaned up, and got clothes wash.  I still stand by my statement about maybe 75 on hype.  As for the latest press release.  Be glad that it happen now and not 90 days from now.

So I have been digging into this company.  It does look promising but I also bought another company with promising technology and got absolutely demolished.   Having said this, I think this company seems to have a gameplan in place.  The latest funding replaces the short term 2 mill loan use to get the demo plant built.  This action fixes the company's balance sheet

I'd caution you to be aware of the currency differences. The short term line-of-credit is in US$, US$2 million. The latest funding is in CA$ and is ~ US$1.4 million at ~ CA$0.74 to US$1. It is important to see what RJ/Orca does by Jan 23 2023. I assume he'll extend or renegotiate. Remember, he's getting an APR of 9% on the LOC.
