Lynas new impact of Ucore

I have been giving this some thought.  Besides my previous posts banging on about offtake agreements and government grants, this news about Lynas is extremely positive for Ucore.  Various governments including the US must be worried about maintaining REE processing capabilities outside of China.

What does this mean for Ucore?

Firstly, the potential number and $ amount of government grants for Ucore should have gone up.  Governments should logically allocate even more money to Ucore to help them build not only the LA plant but also additional processing plants.  Tens of million of USD is a small price to pay for addressing a national security threat.  So in addition to offtake agreements coming, I expect more and larger government grants which will help push along the announcement of a second Ucore processing plant.

I have a sizeable position in Ucore already at a low price ... now thinking about adding to my position.  Pip, slap me now.  I am getting greedy thoughts in my head

wouldn't that be the ultimate slap in the face to Ausheds if Ucore and Lynas began a JV. I'd pay to see that

Every time I would bring up Lynas to Mark he would light up. Like he wanted me to ask the right question so that he wouldn't say it. Mark said that they have been in conversation a few times. It was always left with the thought that they will be part of UCores program. Interesting

Mutt lynas and ucore have very little correlation. dragon been talking lynas for 10 yrs. Thanks for the slap pip. I will hold onto my sizeable position. I actually agree with you. I want to see the first offtake agreement and the first government grant confirmed. That is the time to pull the trigger and bet the farm. One offtake deal is going to turn into multiple offtake deals and same for government grants. It is just talk and speculation until we see the proof. If you already have ...more

I would suggest anyone sell position.   Trimming and trading when it's spikes isn't a bad idea and yes, buying more after real funding may make a little bit a sense go read up what REEMF did once they received 22 million in funding.  Pps zoomed to $4.   But then they did a huge Rights offering and they are 35 cents now.   That where people need to be careful

I wouldn't suggest.   Selling. Damn spell check.
