Placement shares are free trading
I think the 65 cent placement shares are free trading today. Looks like people are taking profits. Told you guys to watch out if an offtake announcement was made before today.

Go back and read my previous posts. One reason why I thought a big announcement was coming on Q1 was 65 cent placement shares become free trading around now. No announcement makes the share price vulnerable to these placement shares. Shares are way up from the placement price so why wouldn't some people take profits.

They had their " big announcement " LA tax credits And building Which means nada without funding someone needs to pony up At least 10 million to make it interesting same old ucore story Until proven otherwise

Sorry I got the dates mixed up. Should be tomorrow. Still looks like profit taking to me. Hope there is good news on the offtake agreement front soon.

Just saying what I would logically do if I was running the company. If you have good news then you should get it out there in advance of placement shares becoming free trading.
