IBC deal officially dead

IBC deal officially dead
There were tranche payments totslly $2.9 million. The Izzats walked the minute a apyment was missed ( October 31st?) . Under the terms the option is therefore dead and IBC is free to walk. They were not willing toi extend the deadlines.  All IMHO.

There os no way AIDEA will finance this now without the expertise of IBC and the Izzats and lll their expertise is writing all the technical and feasibility reports or the suppossedly cheaper technology.  So AIDEA financing is dead.

The spinmeisters  are taking so long because they need to find a way to cover all the angles to appease shareholders.

Bootom line is that Ucore needs money fast, they now how no Aidea deal, land deal will be dead as well , since it was conditional, MOSP is dead, IBC is gone.   There is no price I would ever buy this thing at this point.  You'll be lukcy if it opens above a nickel ( still a $15 MM mareky cap for a company thats not worth $1 MM,)

GLTA...you'll need it. Maybe next time you'll be smarter on your next investment instead of beleiving a bunch of telemarketing promoters. Allthe signs were there. You all ignored them.
