Randy now owns Ucore - Shares are worthless I'll just chime in here breifly to say that for once I agree with Myz69. Its all over and the death spiral on the shares will shortly follow.
Why did RJ / Orca just put in $3.6 MM ? Its for one reason only. Randy now will own all the assets of Ucore. There is no real assets left other than Bokan. He likely just wants Bokan for the future. It may be that a company such as Lynas will once day find it economic and he will get back doube or triple. It his now becuase there is no bank or fund or anyone that will finance Ucore now that Randy controls its assets.
Even if Ucore does win IBC , it would be several years. There is no way Izaat is coming to any type of agreement. He clearly hates Ucore and everyone involved. Izaatt in the meantime will slowly sell assets, patents , sign business contracts in new company names, etc. IBC would be a shell by the time Ucore were to get it. They won't anyways.
If no bank or fund or will give them Ucore money then the only thing left is to tap the ludicrous Ucore valuation of $30 MM . Randy can demand that they do that so he can get repaid. He doesnt care if its 1 BB shares at .01 cents and he gets $10 MM in his pocket. Death spiral like MYz69 says.
