RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Halifax Update

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Halifax UpdateMy impression is the following:

Partial Summary Judgement - Ucore won the partial summary judgement motion BUT IBC can come back with a more specific and evidence based claim.  Ucore partial win.  IBC partial win.

Insolvency - Ucore won the insolvency motion BUT IBC can come back with another claim although the judge did seem to think it will take a lot of debate and evidence to prove insolvency.  Ucore win.  IBC didn't total lose though.

Consolidation - Ucore won the motion for IBC to have to consolidate their many cases into 1 action. Ucore Win.

Discovery - can now proceed which it couldn't before due to the ambiguity as to what was to be discovered.  Ucore Win.

Jurisdiction - I think the other area where Ucore partially won was the jurisdiction motion although things can still proceed to a degree in Utah.  Not totally clear on this.  A lot of legal speak.
