we should be talking about why we didn't get the 36 million lynas did and how do we go about getting in the picture for phasetwo funding? ( which could be years)
still need clarity on how we gonna build an smc. We can't go to aidea without a smc design, that means 2022
possibly if rapid SX design is real good DOD May take notice late 2021
just not seeing the short term catalysts, unless we get ibc before then.
