Dont know if you can blame being at 9 cents on izatt
But I do think it sure slowed us up, alot
If the OTP happened smoothly, MRT would have been commerically tested and SMC maybe being built

Costs are nowhere near what izatt told them, smc is not autonomous (izatt lied shocker)
We still have no idea what the capex or opex is maybe izatt sold a bag of BS and MRT isnt economical for REE
some many variable hard to tell
Ucore is fighting for it, I have to assume becasue its worth something not because they enjoy this nauseating process
