these guys are most likely discussing RO and another r/s after it. Like they did 5 yrs ago
my guess is a PP soon, some OEM pre offtake, maybe DOD and then most likely a larger equity raise.
if the first phase is only 30 million then equity raise may only be 15-20 million and the rest by DOD/oem
that should be doable. What happens after that is key
hard to play a stock that u know might get funding from other sources and may also dilute. No clear path. But long term, it would be positive if they can build SMC and run it efficiently and at a profit.
